Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AuditLink (auditlink.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Our Service

AuditLink is a marketplace connecting organisations requiring audits with registered auditors. We facilitate introductions and quote submissions; we are not a party to the engagement between clients and auditors. The audit services are provided solely by the auditors, who are responsible for their work quality and compliance.

Fees and Payments

For Clients:

  • Job posting fee: $39 inc GST, payable at the time of posting
  • 100% refund if no quotes are received within 14 days
  • No additional platform fees on audit engagements

For Auditors:

  • Free to register and submit quotes
  • $80 success fee when a client selects your quote
  • Success fee payable within 7 days of selection notification

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain the security of their account credentials
  • Not misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Auditors warrant they hold appropriate registrations (e.g., ASIC SMSF auditor registration) for the services they offer.

Limitations and Disclaimers

AuditLink provides a marketplace platform only. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of audit services provided by auditors. We are not liable for any disputes between clients and auditors or for any loss arising from audit engagements.

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AuditLink after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
