1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AuditLink.com.au, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

AuditLink.com.au is a marketplace platform that connects clients seeking audit services with registered auditors. We facilitate introductions but are not a party to any agreement between clients and auditors.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Pay the $39 inc GST job posting fee
  • Provide accurate job requirements and information
  • Respond to auditor quotes in a timely manner
  • Make direct payment arrangements with your selected auditor
  • Request refunds within 7 days if no quotes are received (100% refund guarantee applies)

5. Auditor Obligations

As a registered auditor, you agree to:

  • Maintain current ASIC registration and professional indemnity insurance
  • Provide accurate quotes and service information
  • Pay the $80 inc GST success fee when selected by a client
  • Deliver professional services in accordance with Australian auditing standards
  • Communicate professionally with clients at all times

6. Fees and Payments

Clients pay $39 inc GST to post a job. Auditors pay $80 inc GST only when selected for a job. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The $39 job posting fee is refundable if no quotes are received within 7 days.

7. Refund Policy

Clients are entitled to a 100% refund of the $39 job posting fee if no quotes are received within 7 days of posting. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original posting date.

8. Limitation of Liability

AuditLink.com.au acts as a marketplace platform only. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of audit services provided by auditors, nor for disputes between clients and auditors. All engagements are direct contracts between clients and auditors.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Circumvent platform fees by arranging direct engagements
  • Harass, abuse, or defraud other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Scrape or misuse platform data

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities, at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
